Why change feeding ratios?
Feeding ratio changes how much fresh food is available relative to the seed starter. A larger feed such as 1:5:5 generally takes longer to peak than 1:1:1 under the same conditions. Temperature and starter strength still matter, so use rise and aroma as your final guide.
